When someone takes the round, Blanka will flip upside down into a handstand pose, then proceed to clap for the winner with his feet. We actually get to see his animation when a round concludes here too, and it's just as silly as you'd expect from Blanka-Chan. Every once in a while, he'll jump up and down and cheer on the combatants. While the fight is going on, Blanka stands there watching the action while fidgeting like an excited child. Moving over to the left side of the battleground, we can clearly see ol' Blanka-Chan in the background standing next to what might be Blanka's mother.
In the footage, Chun-Li and Jamie can be seen slugging it out in the Amazon stage that is a recreation of Blanka's old Street Fighter 2 stage.
